Pricing And Availability Of Courses (Services):

Although Train My Brain® makes every effort to ensure that products or services sold are available, however its availability and the other information pertaining to them such as price, time, dates, seminar, location etc. are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment – Full payment prior to session commencement. Payment can be either made in cash or bank transfer. An invoice will be generated for the same. All prices are in Indian Rupee and are exclusive of any service tax. If the payment is not made prior to session start or declined we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the services, and may contact you to make alternative payment arrangement.

Refund Policy:

Train My Brain® has a no return, refund or exchange policy once an order has been placed through the course (service). Because of the subjectivity associated with this type of service, all users acknowledge that they are buying all products and services "as is", and that all sales Train My Brain® are final and that refunds will not be issued unless there are technical difficulties with your ability to download our products or use our service which we are unable to resolve.Fees cannot be transferred to future training except if emergency necessitates rescheduling this course.

Exclusion Of Competitors:

If you are in the business of creating documents for the purpose of providing them for a fee to users, whether they are business users or domestic users, then you are a competitor of Train My Brain. Train My Brain® expressly excludes and does not permit you to use or access its course (service), to download any documents or information from its course (service) or obtain any such documents or information through a third party. If you breach this term then Train My Brain® will hold you fully responsible for any loss that it might sustain and further holds you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. Train My Brain® reserves the right to exclude and not permit any person from using its course (service) or any of the documents and information contained on it.

Storage And Security Of Your Information:

Attendees hereby grant to Train My Brain® and its authorized representatives the absolute right and permission to use my name, likeness, biographical information, voice, content of any interview, image and/or photograph and any other indicia of persona ("Persona") or to refrain from doing so, in any manner or media whether existing now or hereinafter developed (including without limitation the World Wide Web and the Internet), worldwide, for trade, advertising and/or promotional purposes. Attendees agree they shall have no rights of review or approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim arising out of or resulting from the use, alteration, blurring, distortion or illusionary effect (whether intentional or otherwise) or use in any composite form of Persona and agree to release and hold Train My Brain® and its authorized representatives harmless for any and all such use(s).
